About Kiwido

Your beloved physical planner has been digitized.

Kiwido puts Apple Calendar and Apple Reminders on one board, a column for every day of the week.

It's your whole calendar, not a copy of it.

Kiwido reads and writes the events and reminders you already have. An event you add here is a real calendar event. A task you add is a real reminder. Both are still there if you delete Kiwido tomorrow. It asks for full access to Calendar and Reminders on the first run. Reminders is optional: keep it off and your tasks stay on the board.

Everything is one gesture away.

Drop a task into any day without leaving the board. Tap to complete. Hold to open. Next Up unrolls the whole agenda, from the recent past to a year ahead, in one list.

Rack up Perfect Days.

Finish a day and the column quietly fills. The year builds into an activity map, and the map earns one of eighteen ranks. It is the only thing in Kiwido that celebrates, which is what makes it worth reaching.

The same board on iPhone, iPad and Mac. An Apple Watch app puts the day on your wrist and lets you finish a reminder from it. Home Screen widgets do the same in place, and Lock Screen widgets keep the day in view. Optional notifications, scheduled on the iPhone from data already there, with no push and no server. Optional weather beside the week, from Apple Weather.

No account. No Kiwido cloud. Your calendars sync the way they already do, through your own Apple ID.
