Refund Policy

This policy covers Featured placements bought on bentavo.com, operated by DoubleHash, a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Korea. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.

14-day full refund

If you're not happy with a Featured placement, ask for a refund within 14 days of payment and we refund the full amount — no questions asked. The placement ends when the refund is made.

Removed placements

If we remove a featured app because it breaks our terms, we refund the unused days.

How to ask

Email support@doublehash.app with the email you paid with, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Paddle, usually within 5–10 business days.

No recurring charges

Featured is a one-time payment of $9.99. It never renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
